The free plan gives you access to core features including AI script generation, binaural beats, and breathwork sessions with monthly usage limits. You can upgrade to Premium at any time for unlimited access and additional features.
You can manage your subscription directly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Binaural beats are an auditory phenomenon where two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear, and the brain perceives a third frequency (the difference). ThetaSync uses theta range frequencies (4-8 Hz) to help guide your brain into a relaxed, receptive state ideal for subconscious reprogramming.

Yes. Once your audio scripts are generated and downloaded, you can listen to them without an internet connection. Generating new scripts and syncing your progress requires connectivity.
